There
exist several models of screens, in different lengths and widths, with
two grading sieves, which have been specially designed for classifying
materials and allowing various grain sizes to be separated on one single
screen.

AZLO
screens can work in any of three positions: inclined, totally horizontal
or upstream, for optimum material classification, while carrying along
the product to their respective containers without need for additional
conveyor belts or chutes.

This results in a significant decrease both in the height required for
the location of AZLO
screens and in the installation cost further to the non-existence of belt
conveyors, chutes and, above all, potential failure points as the number
of constituents diminishes.
Constructionally, the AZLO screens are made from strong rolled steel sections and materials appropriate for the intended duty. The vibrating components are mounted on BIGURTUS elements. Contact with water and dust will cause no damage to them. Moreover, it is easy to change the plates or sieves on these screens. This enables making the equipment rapidly fit for producing just-in-time any unplanned grain size require. |
