SPECIFICATIONS
FRAME: Made of strongly welded and ribbed rolled plate. For quick changing of the wear components of this machine, the rear of the machine can be opened by two double action hydraulic cylinders incorporating a check valve for safe handling. These cylinders have a hydraulic oil drive unit.
SIDE WEAR LININGS: These have the minimum number of parts to avoid replacement problems. They are made of high chrome content anti-wear material, and their ease of handling facilitates their replacement. They are held in place by a wedge adjusted externally against the frame.
IMPACT PLATES: Made of heavy-duty rolled steel plate, welded and ribbed at the rear, making it a single part. It is fitted with high chrome content anti-wear plates or liners which are machined in the mounting area. They are held in place by 8G bolts, as the plates come with their own foundry thread.
IMPACT BARS: The specially designed wheel is equipped with lengthwise housings for the side fitted impact bars. These are made of high chrome content material and have two positions on the wheel for maximum efficiency. The bars are retained laterally by pins.
LOWER IMPACT PLATE, THIRD PLATE: The JLT-3 series crushers are specially designed with a third plate to obtain the maximum amount of fines. This third plate is provided with a set of wear seats and distance from the rotor is adjusted hydraulically.
HYDRAULIC EQUIPMENT: A compact unit, consisting of a tank with the pump, filter and controller at the bottom, all hermetically sealed. The machine has the hydraulic equipment necessary to open the crusher frame for servicing or plate changing, as well as for adjusting the third plate closer to or further from the rotor, as required.
